The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is aromatic, smoky, slightly meaty at the beginning. Aeration reveals the elegant, integrated spicy notes of clove, cumin, grated nutmeg and licorice, a resinous touch of pine sap, as well as a hint of menthol and dried mint, enveloped in ripe fruit (fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, juicy red currant, cranberries, fresh red cherry, roasted red cherry). There is also a refined floral bouquet, notes of cherry blossom, rose, peony and cornflower. In the mouth, we find juiciness, a tangy fruitiness, straight and enveloping at the same time (red cherry, crunchy strawberry, raspberry, red currant, cranberries with a touch of bitterness, wild blueberry), as well as notes of mint crushed, sweet spices (grated nutmeg, clove, licorice in the background), fresh tobacco and a toasted touch in the background. The tannins are firm, but supple. Beautiful salivating acidity and length on the palate. The finish offers a lingering, gourmand and savoury spicy touch.
