On the palate, the wine is straight, frank and tangy. The attack is lively and expresses a crunchy and salivating acidity. We then find notes of tangy bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, red currants, blueberry and a slight bitter touch of cranberries, combined with floral notes of rose and cornflower, as well as spicy touches. cloves, black pepper and licorice. The tannins are fine, with good bitterness. Good persistence in the mouth. An airy wine, full of finesse.
