The nose is fresh, racy and offers a certain level of intensity / concentration, a fine stretched side. It reveals notes of blackberry, Sichuan pepper and small notes of bright quetsche plum associated with touches of ripe wild small red fruits as well as hints of lily, spices, cuben pepper, a subtle hint of terroir and a discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice mineral frame, some tension, acidity, an aerial side in the approach of the structure / richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / tangy blackberry, tangy raspberry and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of lily, chocolate, toasted almond, a subtle hint of cinnamon, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of paprika. Good length. Tannins are precise, elegant and racy. A fine creaminess on the finish / persistence.
