The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the intensity as well as a fine complexity. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with touches of cornflowers, Cuben pepper as well as hints of racy minerality, incense and spices. The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a certain finesse, elegance, roundness, harmony, silkiness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy cassis associated with a touch of juicy / acidulous small blue fruits, cornflowers, lily, hints of tea, pepper, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco and chocolate (in the background). Tannins are precise and well-built.
