The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a certain pulpiness of the fruit, a small racy minerality, a racy grain, a well-mastered power as well as a nice stretched side and a velvety side. There are notes of cassis, small ripe berries and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of cuben pepper, nutmeg as well as fine hints of tobacco and a subtle touch of terroir / sense of place. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, some richness, a stretched side, elegance, a beautiful energy on acidity and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / bright blackberry, tangy / juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with a hint of tangy / juicy small fruits, slight hints of nutmeg and bergamot. A discreet hint of chocolate and a subtle hint of chewiness on the finish / persistence.
