It expresses a distinct spiciness (nutmeg, liquorice, cardamom, clove), which is complemented by notes of dried and roasted fruits (dried red cherry, roasted red cherry, fresh morello cherry, dried raspberry, fresh tart strawberry in the background, crushed blueberry, blackcurrant), a hint of fresh tobacco, balsamic, crushed mint, as well as a touch of mint chocolate, a hint of fresh hazelnut and toasted hazelnut. The palate is juicy, enveloping, with freshness and roundness. It expresses notes of ripe fresh fruit (red cherry, fresh morello cherry, raspberry, fresh tart strawberry, crushed blueberry, blackcurrant), balsamic, crushed mint, a hint of sage and fresh aromatic herbs, a fine bitterness of cocoa, coffee, fresh hazelnut and toast in the background. The tannins are fine, structured and polished, slightly tight. The finish is sapid, persistent and salivating, on notes of tart red cherry, crushed blueberry, balsamic and tobacco on the persistence, with a good bitterness of cranberries and bird cherry and with gourmandise.
