The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and deep and offers good definition, gourmandise and precision. It reveals notes of wild cassis, camphor and small notes of small blue fruits, associated with a touch of brilliant raspberry, tobacco, star anise, as well as a hint of sense of the place and a discreet hint of salinity. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant and airy and offers gourmandise and accuracy. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, crushed raspberry and small notes of nutmeg, associated with touches of blond tobacco, licorice, as well as hints of vanilla, caramelization and a delicate hint of camphor.
