It expresses notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, red currant, a touch of morello cherry and blue plum, as well as elegant floral notes of violet, rose and lily, combined with delicate spiciness, hints of torrefaction (liquorice, juniper berries, a light touch of vanilla powder, coffee) and herbaceous notes (fresh cut rosemary, mint, fresh tea leaf). On the palate, the wine offers a chiseled and firm structure, enveloped in a beautiful concentrated fruity flavour. It expresses the roundness and freshness of the ripe flavors of strawberry, red cherry, morello cherry, raspberry, blue plum and blackberry in the background, accompanied by fresh notes of aromatic herbs (cut mint, fresh thyme, fresh bay leaf), liquorice, cloves, with a touch of roasting (coffee) and dried flowers on the finish. The tannins have a fine grain, but they are young and still firm. Crisp acidity, concentration, fruity juiciness on the finish (enveloping) precise, firm tannic structure. A wine with tension, power and lightness (in a good way). Good aging potential.
