Cabeça de Gaio – Branco 2016 – Douro

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small fleshiness. It reveals notes of fleshy brugnon, fleshy / crushed apple and slight touches of ripe lemon, flint associated with a hint of passion fruits as well as a very discreet hint of fresh mandarin. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a beautiful suavity, a good definition, finesse, a slight gourmandise, dynamism as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, juicy tangerine and small notes of apple, crunchy brugnon associated with a subtle / discreet hint of passion fruits. Good length.
