The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, juiciness, minerality as well as freshness, delicacy, a good definition, a beautiful fat and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy blackberry, small notes of red berries associated with touches of pulpy strawberry, liquorice, chocolat, mild tobacco as well as fine hints of violet, rose and very fine hints of toasted (in the background). Tannins are well-built, elegant, precise and justly firm. Good length. Subtle hints of caramelization, toasted almond and chocolate on the persistence.
