The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, tension, an acidulous/juicy frame as well as tension, straightness, a beautiful fat and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy redcurrant, juicy cherry, small notes of violet associated with touches of rose wood, crunchy strawberry as well as fine hints of rose wood, liquorice, sweet spices and a discreet hint of chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
