The nose is fruity, elegant and offers delicacy and a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with touches of ripe red berries, fine touches of zan, cedar, violet, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of Tonka bean and cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers suavity, a small unctuosity, dynamism, a fresh frame as well as a good definition / expression. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, crushed blackberry and small notes of small berries associated with small touches of plum, crushed strawberry, hints of licorice, chocolate, caramelization as well as very discreet hints of dried fruits and cardamom. Tannins are fine and elegant. The aftertaste is quite powerful.
