The nose reveals notes of dried citrus, spices and walnuts with in the background hints of exotic fruits. There is also a slight hint of alcohol. The palate is balanced, fresh, round, aromatic, crispy and well built. It expresses aromas of quince jelly (“pâte de coing”), yellow fruits and citrus combined with hints of exotic fruits and walnuts in the background. There are also some hints of dried fruits on the palate. Good length.
