The nose is fruity, elegant, complex, racy, beautifully conducted and offers power. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe wild currants and small notes of black plum associated with fine touches of cherry, purple flowers, local grove / sense of place as well as fine hints of licorice stick, spices, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame, a fine suavity, a very fine freshness (in the background) as well as a fine tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy cassis, ripe / juicy plum and small notes of small wild red berries associated with very slight hints of grove, purple flowers, discreet hints of chocolate, licorice stick as well as an imperceptible hint of caramelization and dried cardamom / almond. Tannins are well-built. Good, aromatic and gourmande persistence.
