The nose is fruity, racy and offers elegance, a good precision of the fruit, a small power, a fine grain as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, crushed wild blueberry and small notes of black plum associated with small touches of wild strawberry, flowers, Timut pepper as well as fine hints of olive tree, spices, almond and a very discreet hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, juiciness, fine minerality, a beautiful definition, fruit, a small gourmandize, a fine freshness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy Quetsche plum, fleshy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with a touch of juicy blueberry as well as a hint of blond tobacco, tea, cardamom and with very discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are elegant, well-built, racy and precise.
