The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a fine tension, a good freshness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of juicy / pulpy lemon, juicy kumquat, and small notes of crystallized lemon zest associated with small touches of lemon blossom, green apple and a discreet hint of acacia. A very fine hint of biscuit and a very discreet hint of chocolate / toasted hint on the finish / persistence.
