The nose is mineral, fresh and well-built. It reveals notes of fresh lemon and lemon zests associated with slight/discreet hints of fresh green apple as well as subtle notes of fresh exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, round, fat and offers suavity as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe Williams pear and touches of exotic fruits associated with slight hints of fresh lemon, notes of flint as well as slight/discreet hints of spices (in the background). Good persistence.
