The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a certain austerity, deliciousness, juiciness and depth of fruit. It expresses notes of pulpy wild blackcurrant, small dense/juicy black fruits, violet and more lightly – fresh black pepper, infusion, and a discreet almost iodized hint. The palate is nicely juicy, pulpy and offers deliciousness, a tangy frame, a nice airy and tangy side in the fruit, accuracy, tension, a nice gourmet material. It expresses notes of Bosyen blackberry, juicy/tangy blackcurrant and more lightly – small tangy red berries, associated with touches of blueberry, chocolate and toast. Good length. A nice little gourmet chew on the finish/persistence, small pulpy/juicy blue fruits.
