The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a nice tangy and chiseled frame, good definition. It expresses notes of lemon, grapefruit, tangy/juicy peach and more slightly – tangy yellow plum, associated with touches of crunchy green apple, acacia flowers as well as a subtle limestone/marine hint. Good length, a subtle hint of toasted almond in the background. A fine pearly touche in the background.
