The nose is fruity, fine and quite elegant. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and slight notes of fleshy strawberry associated with hints of oak, chocolate as well as a hint of flowers, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet earthy hint. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, gourmand and offers an acid frame as well as a racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, crushed cassis and slight notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with a hint of raspberry as well as slight notes of liquorice, chocolate, spices (nutmeg…) and oak. Tannins are very slightly dry and a bit young. Good length.
