Brio de Cantenac Brown 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

Brio de Cantenac Brown 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is beautifully precise, mellow, airy, and offers accuracy, tension, depth. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh pear, pulpy/juicy berries and more slightly – sweet pink grapefruit, fine almost toasted-fresh hints, verbena and zest. The palate is beautifully conducted, supple, round, airy, nicely fat and offers delicacy, a tangy frame, a very nice airy side in its smoothness/fat, tension, accuracy, precision and a sense of detail, nicely elegant. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, crushed pear and more slightly – white flowers, associated with touches of verbena, peach blossoms, citrus fruits, crunchy berries and a discreet hint of iodine and liquorice, as well as quenette and flint in the background. Beautifully fresh, delicate, all in accuracy, roundness, sweetness and suppleness, all in balance. Good length. Lovely finish, finely tannic in the aromatics, a very discreet hint of fresh sap in the background/finish of the mouth. Finesse and elegance, lovely material and richness in finesse and accuracy.
