Lovely peppery, spicy nose which offers intensity, lovely finesse, depth as well as a stretched side in the power of its grain. We find notes of fresh pepper, violet and more slightly crunchy raspberry associated with touches of small dense/wild black fruits, hints of cornflower, star anise as well as discreet hints of zan, clove of clove and a fine hint of bergamot. The palate is nicely juicy, fresh, pulpy, elegant, nicely tangy and offers tension, deliciousness, depth, a nice airy grain, a nice structure, an airy side, a nice acidity, a nice energy as well as of fullness. A lovely juiciness, pulpiness and shine. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulp blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of blueberry, small pulpy/fleshy fruits as well as hints of racy minerality, fine hints of serious and iodine. The tannins are elegant, precise and soft. A little chewiness on the finish/persistence.
