On the nose it is elegant and it offers complexity, a multi layered side, a certain power, a certain concentration as well as profoundness. It reveals the notes of violet, blackberry, raspberry and delicate notes of bright small black fruits, lily combined with hints of black cherry, sweet spice, nutmeg, fine camphor, as well as delicate hints of pepper, toasted hazelnut, a discreet hint of vanilla and very discreet hints of toast (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, gourmandize, nice precision/pretty definition, a spherical side of the matter, power with delicacy, nice balance, depth, density as well as a little multi-layer side. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and more slightly pulpy/juicy cassis combined with hints of violet, cherry blossom, violet plum, hints of camphor, tea, nutmeg as well as fine hints of sweet spices, toasted hazelnut, an imperceptible hint of bergamot and vanilla (in the background). The tannins are well conducted and mellow.
