The plaate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a good finesse of the grain, gourmandize, a mineral frame, a fine juiciness, freshness, finesse, fullness as well as a beautiful silky and delicate touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and juicy/fresh raspberry associated with small touches of flowers (violet, cornflower) as well as fine hints of juicy small red berries, discreet hints of small juicy red berries, discreet hints of toasted, chocolate, caramelization (in the background) and a subtle hint of sweet spices (in the background). Tannins are elegant. A fine saline hint on the finish. Good length. A subtle hint of coffee on the persistence.
