The wine has a pale ruby color with slight garnet reflections. The nose opens with typical tertiary notes of faded rose, faded peony, wet leaves and a very light touch of mushrooms. After aeration, we find a juicy and gourmand fruity side (dried red cherry, amarena cherry, crushed raspberry, crushed strawberry, a touch of blueberry), as well as sweet spices (cumin nutmeg, white pepper), hay, dried flowers, black tea, a mineral framework of tar and toasted-smoked in the background. The attack on the palate also expresses tertiary notes (wet leaves with a hint of mushrooms, faded rose, faded peony), which are associated with notes of nutmeg, cumin and licorice, fruits (dried red cherry, crushed strawberry, raspberry, amarena cherry), as well as tar in the background and toasted. Tannins are sapid, slightly bitter, very fine and structured. The finish is tangy and salivating, on fruits and a delicate tertiary touch of wet leaves, faded rose and tar.
