The nose is elegant, fresh and offers a beautiful definition, a very fine richness as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, violet and small notes of wild plum associated with fine touches of licorice as well as discreet hints of black tea. The palate is fresh, beautifully mineral, fruity, well-balanced offers a good definition, sapidity, suavity, a beautiful freshness, precision / straightness as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh black cherry, purple plum and small notes of violet, crunchy/acidulous wild red berries associated with touches of liquorice, caramelization as well as discreet hints of lily, toasted, almond as well as very discreet hints of pepper. Tannins are slightly tight and elegant. Good length. There are discreet hints of tonka bean / mocha on the finish / persistence.
