The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers purity of fruit, as well as a beautiful herbaceous freshness. It expresses aromas of red cherry, morello cherry, crushed blueberry, blackcurrant, a hint of juicy raspberry, as well as crushed mint, dried blackcurrant leaf, a touch of tobacco, dried pine needles. There are also spicy notes of liquorice and nutmeg, with a sappy hint in the background. The palate is supple, juicy and gourmet, with lots of fruit on the attack. It expresses notes of morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, blackcurrant, crushed blueberry and ripe raspberry, associated with herbaceous touches of dried mint, blackcurrant leaf, as well as liquorice, pine needles and sap in the background. The tannins are very fine and silky, delicately enveloping. Beautiful freshness on the persistence, thanks to a salivating acidity, a delicate bitterness and a hint of cornflower. Good length.
