The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a small intensity, a small power as well as a certain / small deepness. It reveals notes of bright blue plum, fleshy wild strawberries and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with touches of violet, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of saffron and gray pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-well-balanced and offers a small mineral frame, a small fat, a fine tension, a slightly tight grain as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, pulpy / fleshy raspberry and small notes of of crushed redcurrants associated with touches of plum blossoms, cornflowers, zan, fresh blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible almost chocolated hint. Tannins are precise, elegant and very finely mellow. Good length and persistence. Persistence with hints of roasted almond, chocolate and subtle hints of fleshy / juicy fruit.
