The nose is elegant, aromatic and reveals complexity, a certain richness, a little mastered power, accuracy and depth. There are notes of yellow golden apple, quince and, more slightly, yellow plums combined with delicate touches of nutmeg, beeswax and a discreet hint of the sense of place (local biotop) and a discreet touch of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, freshness, good definition and accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy quince, bright Mirabelle plum and more lightly physalis combined with hints of lemon, dried tangerine peel as well as a hint of hazelnut butter, chestnut and a discreet hint of sweet spice and almond. Good length.
