The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and complex. It reveals notes of quince and crushed small yellow fruits and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of butter, hazel- nut, cooked peach and brioche. The mouth is fruity, well- balanced and offers juiciness, tension, roundness, fat, a beautiful racy grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy yellow plum and apple combined with touches of butter, toasted hazelnut, almond as well as an imperceptible hint of beeswax. Good length and persistence.
