The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is reserved, a bit shy. It expresses notes of ripe yellow fruits (Mirabelle plum, yellow plum), flowers (acacia, apricot blossom) and a very slight lemony note in the background. In the mouth, the foam is very slightly perceptible, but the flavors are more pronounced than the aromas. The wine expresses notes of fresh Muscat grape, sweet Mirabelle plum and juicy yellow plum. The acidity refreshes the flavours on the medium-long finish, with notes of very ripe and jammy stone fruits (mirabelle plum and apricot jam) and a touch of peach in syrup.
