The nose is fruity, fresh, chiseled and precise. It reveals notes of fresh apple, quince and small notes of pear associated with subtle touches of zests (mandarin, lemon / yuzu) and discreet touches of grove / olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, chiselled and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, precision, a small fat, minerality, roundness, a small depthness, tension as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pear, vine peach and quince associated with small touches of fleshy mirabelle plum, fresh physalis as well as discreet touches of citrus (kumquat, mandarin) and a discreet touch of zest of lemon. Good length.
