It expresses notes of luscious/juicy apple, crushed yellow peach and small notes of pulpy/juicy mirabelle plum, associated with touches of small exotic fruits as well as hints of almost fattiness/lees stirring. Nice juiciness and freshness. Roundness, complexity, energy, a racy/terroir quality. A subtle smoky hint and nice finesse in the background in its fattiness and substance.
