The nose is fruity and offers intensity and depth. There are notes of gray pepper, concentrated cassis and small notes of concentrated violet plum, associated with touches of violet, roasted red cherry, hints of small roasted-elegant fruits, as well as fine hints of licorice stick, racy/terroir minerality, almost a discreet hint of graphene and delicate sweet spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand and offers lovely fruit definition, depth and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of concentrated cassis and small notes of violet, combined with touches of small concentrated red berries, touches of brilliant violet plum, as well as hints of roast-elegant and lilac. Good length. In this wine, we also find a sense of the place side, a very discreet fresh local grove and a subtle hint of aniseed. The tannins are precise, sapid and gourmand. A well-built wine, gourmand, fresh, juicy and tangy.
