Bosco de’ Medici – Agathos 2023 – Pompeiano Rosso IGT

The nose is elegant, aromatic, complex, deep, precise and offers a lovely textured, relief and a creamy, elegant, airy texture. We find notes of creamy wild cassis, small bright black berries and small notes of small roasted-elegant fruits, associated with touches of thyme, oregano, small crushed fruits, as well as fine hints of tonka bean, black olive and a fine hint of tobacco. The palate is well-built, fruity, precise and offers juiciness, suppleness, gourmandise and a certain elegance. It also presents precision, a certain airy/juicy creaminess and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, brilliant black plum and small notes of graphene, combined with touches of small brilliant red fruits, hints of roasted-elegant redcurrant, as well as hints of small crushed fruits, balsamic, aromatic herbs, tobacco, black olive and a subtle hint of bourbon vanilla.
