The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic, complex and offers precision, accuracy, an airy side and a certain straightness. It reveals notes of yellow peach, small, fairly ripe yellow apples and small notes of kumquat, associated with fine hints of apricot, small yellow flowers, as well as discreet hints of almost jasmine and spices. A lovely maceration side all in finesse and elegance. The palate is well-built, fruity, supple and presents a certain fatness in elegance, depth, gourmandise and a lovely play on the good bitters and accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of kumquat, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of physalis, combined with touches of small dried mandarin peel, fine hints of almost beeswax, as well as gourmandise, a subtle hint of maceration in finesse, depth and a hint of almost toasted hazelnut. Good length. A very discreet hint of sappy in the background. A wine offering a lovely side, good definition and many precision and accuracy.
