(organic) The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is fleshy, fruity, even slightly roasted. It expresses notes of roasted blueberry, crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, fresh cranberry, as well as aromatic herbs (roasted bouquet garni, dried mint), spices (liquorice, crushed peppercorns, nutmeg, a hint of Timut pepper, a very delicate touch of vanilla), as well as toasted hazelnut in the background, coffee and dried blood orange peel, and a delicate mineral hint of tar and dry stone. The palate is straight, tight and fresh, with juiciness and a tangy fruity side (red cherry, cranberries, raspberry, sour red cherry, blueberry), as well as fresh rosemary, blackcurrant leaf in the background and fresh tea. We also find delicate floral notes (fresh rose, a hint of violet), spices (licorice, nutmeg, a hint of pepper), fresh almond and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are well-constructed, finely tight. Beautiful salivating acidity and good sapid length on a light note of cocoa, fresh tobacco and a limestone mineral framework.
