The nose is fruity, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of raspberry jam associated with a hint of wild berries, olive, sage, licorice and a discreet hint of dark chocolate. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, very elegant, relatively gourmand, well defined, suave, quite straight and offers tension, a nice finesse and acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe blackberry and plum associated with slight notes of ripe cassis, ripe red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) as well as a hint of zan, tobacco and mocha. Tannins are fine and well-built. The finish is suave and persistent. A beautiful wine. Beautiful persistence. There are slight touches of coffee and square of dark chocolate on the persistence.
