(90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot and 5% Colorino) The nose is fruity and full. It reveals notes of ripe fruit (blackberry, cassis…) and slight notes of cherry associated with a few small notes of black cherry as well as fine notes of leather and tobacco. The palate is fruity, balanced, elegant, harmonious, fine, mineral and offers a nice acid frame (on red fruits). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy strawberry associated with a few notes of black cherry, cherry, as well as fine notes of blueberry and touches of spices (pepper, cocoa). Tannins are fine and quite present. Good length.
