The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful power, freshness and a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, ripe blueberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of violet as well as fine hints of small blue berries, cloves and dry oak. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, suavity, a good structure as well as a fine straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy Boysenberry and small notes of small blue berries associated with touches of juicy/fresh wild raspberry as well as hints of cocoa and sens of the place. A persistence on bourbon vanilla and coffee notes.
