The nose is fruity, mineral and fine. It reveals notes of confit lemon and a slight note of quince paste associated with a subtle hint of pineapple as well as a very discreet hint of apple, botrytis, a woody hint and an imperceptible hint of almon. The palate is fruity, fresh, round, fine, well-structured and offers concentration as well as sweetness (but well-balanced). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon paste and slight notes of confit clementine, pineapple assoicated with a discreet hint of dried apricot as well as a subtle hint of dried pineapple. Good length.
