The nose is aromatic, spicy, neat and offers a small tense side. There are notes of wild berries, laurel tree bays associated with touches of local grove, crushed cassis, blackberry as well as slight hints of camphor and black pepper. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, beautifuly defined / delicate and offers minerality, well-balanced, fresh frame, subtlety as well as juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, pulpy/ fleshy cassis and small notes of acidulous purple plum associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as slight hints of sage, rosemary, cherry blossom, blond tobacco and spices. A very beautiful minerality. Slight hints of tonka beans. Fresh, sapid and chewy tannins.
