The nose reveals notes of white fruits (including candied pears) and citrus combined with a touch of honey. The palate is delicate, intense, balanced and complex. It includes aromas of ripe pineapple, candied pear associated with some citrus (orange, lemon). There is a little acidity in the finish. The finish is long, lingering and reveals notes of pear, tangerine and a slight note of honey.
