Blanc de Tronquoy 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is beautifully elegant, deep, racy, and offers a lovely substance and intensity in precision. It expresses notes of pulpy Williams pear, crushed green apple and more slightly – verbena, peach blossoms as well as hints of kumquat, crushed small yellow fruits, ripe/juicy pink grapefruit and fine hints of fresh toasted. The palate is beautifully juicy, pulpy, and offers roundness, delicacy, a tangy frame, precision, suppleness and an airy side in its fat and smoothness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy vine peach, ripe/juicy mandrine and more slightly – bright apple associated with touches of pink grapefruit, fine hints of tangy/juicy physalis and toasted. Good length, lovely energy. Beautifully juicy, with roundness and gourmandise, purity and deliciousness, a spherical side in its fat.
