(77% SB, 12% Muscadelle, 11% Semillon) The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a coating, seductive side and a certain fleshiness. It reveals notes of pulpy brugnon, juicy pear and small notes of bright lychee, associated with touches of bright vine peach, combined with touches of juicy/bright kumquat, as well as fine hints of pulpy lime and crushed green apple. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, suave and offers a tangy frame. It presents a lovely crystalline, floral and airy character, marked by white fruits and a lovely finesse in its fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright white peach, apple and small notes of white flowers, combined with touches of kumquat, a subtle hint of almost exotic fruit, touches of juicy/fresh Williams pear, as well as fine hints of almost sweet lime/yuzu. Very beautiful finesse in the fat/lees stirring. A wine offering a fine saline character, a subtle hint of brioche/toastiness on the finish, very delicate and a subtle tannic hint in the aromatic and structure on the finish. A great success.
