The nose is fruity, bright, pulpy, gourmand and offers beautifully ripeness. There are notes of kumquat, pink grapefruit and small notes of bright white peach, associated with a touch of physalis and a hint of fresh Menton lemon. The palate is fresh and offers minerality, a tangy frame, precision, energy, fatness, aromatic purity and fleshiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy pear, bright white peach and small notes of kumquat, combined with fine touches of mandarin, small juicy fruits, as well as a hint of quince, peach blossom, lilac and a subtle hint of lime blossom. Good length. A fine pearly, iodized side on the finish/persistence. Beautiful harmony and finesse of grain.
