The nose is soft, aromatic and offers power, a certain finesse as well as concentration. It reveals notes of raisins and dried peach combined with a hint of hazelnut, Sherry, dried lemon, dried orange as well as a subtle hint of wheat / cereal and a very discreet toasted hint. The palate is fruity and offers softness, delicacy and a good structure. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of caramel, raisin and orange marmalade, Sherry associated with fine touches of candied lemon as well as a subtle hint of cereals and leather (in the background).
