Beautiful, wide, large, fresh, aromatic and spicy nose. There are notes of ripe small wild fruits, camphor/ graphene and small notes of black cherry associated with touches of violet, sage, quite ripe small red fruits, hints of infusion, black olive as well as a subtle hint of tabaco, local bush / aromatic herbs and iodine. The mouth is beautifuly suave, round and offers fat, gourmandise, precision, tension, a beautiful definition, suppleness, brightness, juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful tannic structure precisely contrsolled. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ juicy black cherry, bright small black fruits and small notes of quite ripe small red fruits associated with touches of sage, thyme-lemon, balsamic as well as slight hints almost oregano (in the background), nutmeg, cardamom and dark chocolate. Beautiful taosted almond hints on the finish. Chewiness and gourmandise on the finish. Good length and persistence. Chewy, sapid and gourmand tannins. Beautiful minerality. Beautiful freshness, grilled mediterranean herbs in a delicate red thread. Sense of detail and race.
