The nose is perfumed and complex. Firstly, it expresses notes of aromatic herbs (dried thyme, fresh oregano), granite and dry stone. After aeration, we find notes of crunchy yellow peach, ripe yellow lemon, fresh pineapple, lemon zest, lime juice and a touch of grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is straight, chiseled and complex. It offers energy, fresh and salivating acidity and citrusy notes (lemon, lime) lively and refreshing. There are also touches of crisp white nectarine, tangy apricot, a salty and mineral touch (dry stone) and a hint of oregano and peppermint on the finish. Good length, complexity and freshness.
