The nose is fragrant, concentrated and ripe. It expresses notes of juicy yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum, a sweet touch of pineapple in syrup, as well as a tangy touch of ripe lemon, candied lemon zest and lime. There is also a herbaceous hint of peppermint, fresh thyme, a fine touch of pepper, minerality (dry stone, limestone) and wildflowers. On the palate, the wine offers breadth, elegance and complexity. It expresses notes of ripe yellow lemon, citron, fresh lemon zest, lime juice, combined with notes of fresh grass, fresh thyme, field flowers, as well as a fine hint of salinity and acacia honey (in the background). Nice length, on a good bitterness of grapefruit and lime zest and a fine note of candied lime zest. A complex and fresh wine at the same time, with lively acidity and a lot of energy.
